Thread: Eye exercises for better front sight focus - anyone do this?

    Yes, and I'd be happy to, but I am away from a keyboard right now and they a lot easier to describe in person.

    I need to write a much more succinct version oriented toward the eye exercises themselves, rather than a larger theoretical discussion.

    Thanks for the article. If I can make my eyes work the way you describe I think my sight focus will be better since I can focus better with both eyes open. I don't know why but some days i can focus well with one eye closed & other days I can't but with both eyes open it is usually better. Now I just have to have the discipline to do the exercises described so I give myself an honest chance to make it work. I think this may actually drive me to dry fire practice which has always seemed like a great idea but I just never did it.
