Photos and Albums
I would like to upload some photos to a thread.
I went through FAQ and found the info on how to use Photos and Albums. I clicked the link within that info for User Control Panel. However once on this page I don't see the tab for Photos and Albums as stated in FAQ.
Where is it exactly?
