Forgive me if I missed it posted here but saw on a HK-centric Forum pictures of the PSA branded MP5 clone.

Anybody have any further information?

Word is that it's a basic Reverse Stretch build. No absolute facts yet on whether or not any internals are HK made parts kits leftovers or if they're 100% new production from somewhere. Initial reports indicate a FA bolt carrier, which is great for folks with a registered sear pack. But given PSA's issues building an AK (a much simpler weapon to build) I'm a bit concerned about the QC/QA.

Between the PSA offering and PTR getting into the MP5 clone market too, it'll be some welcome competition for POF and Zenith. Perhaps even HK will get the hint and actually start making enough SP5K's to meet demand.

Irrational as it is, I want an MP5A2 or A3 clone, bad, even if it ends up being a profoundly expensive SBR with little real practical use compared to an 11.5" AR.
