Who wants to bet when the sights are aligned properly you won't be able to see any tritium.

Does this issue exist with the fiber optic versions?

This is not Colt's first use of tritium on a fixed sight D frame. One version of the Detective Special made in the 1990's had a tritium insert in the front sight.

I have not shot the other version. It was more of my disappointment whenever someone comes out with an update to the small post/notch on traditional revolvers, it seems to always be flawed some way. S&W 640 with night sights, numerous complaints about POI/POA. Night sight insert for SP101, LCR fiber optic/tritium all sit proud if you use the tritium. If the Colt is squared away then I'd be happy.

You can get a look here. Front sight looks large and easy to see.

Very nice sight picture. And the tritium is definitely visible when you leave me up the sights.

Front sight seems to be retained in the same way as the other Cobras.

Trigger was substantially ally better than the Cobra next to it. And that didn’t have a bad trigger at all.
