Concealed OWB Retention

Given the constraints you outlined, I would choose the Safariland 537 for your P30SK. I prefer the the ALS over the GLS but the 537 is more concealable than the 7377. I have worn my 537 with suits many times, and it conceals as well as my more expensive leather pancake OWB holsters. If you pair it with a decent belt such as this http://www.comp-tac.com/kydex-reinfo...our-belt-10511 it will conceal very well. If you order from them anyway, I would also pick up one of these magazine pouches: http://www.comp-tac.com/magazine-pou...nt-pouch-10628 that mag pouch can even have a shirt tucked in over it although if wearing a suit I wouldn’t bother.

I have found that combination very useful while wearing even a well tailored suit.

That belt works well with the 537 belt loops but it is necessary to thread the belt through the 537 loops one at a time at more of a perpendicular angle, while this takes an extra 10 seconds you get a very stable platform. When paired with a quality belt the 537 absolutely will not shift on your belt.
