Original call came in as shots fired. They found a casing on the sidewalk and then DPD officers took rounds. Suspect died in the hospital from injuries. Wounded Officers are in "Good condition".
It's an active investigation, so DPD isn't releasing any details

Regarding post #1343, overall really good work by the officer in staying heavy. I could immediately tell he has some basic experience. I caught myself resisting the urge to shout "Switch your hips! Clear that inside arm!" Give him a few months on the mat and that scenario may have gone differently.
That poor damn officer, he did an amazing job trying to save that kid.

This one is really messed up. The officers arrive and boot the door to find a woman who was decapitated.

By God, once the decision was made to put him down, that officer meant it! Kudos.
OIS from Kentucky. The officer was smoked by the time the shooting started, but was able to put rounds on target.
