The commentary on which way the tires are pointing takes two camera angles (the business cam and a body cam) and implies they are the same moment. But they aren't; the body cam is a few moments earlier, and they've chosen to not include the moment the shot is fired from the body cam perspective.
It may not make a substantial difference in the public's perception because it's an escapee and clearly a bad guy who was doing bad things. But it's the first video I've seen where the PD's editing choices made the shooting less clear.
The only thing that will affect the most vocal 'public's' perception is that the Bad guy doing Bad things is not Black.
