PERF is WaPo's go-to source for police use of force issues. While I understand the suggestion that one shouldn't argue with someone who buys ink by the barrel (not sure how to update that reference), I suggested that they might contact actual practitioners such as NTOA which has two articles on resolving mental health issues in the upcoming quarterly.
