To my eyes, deceased clearly drew gun while still on ground and I assume officer saw it before soon-to-be-dead guy even got up. Looks like a good shoot to me even under California law. Nonetheless, I am sure it is fuel for the fire.
Does anyone still have a copy of video with the murder of the Tulsa PD Sgt? The link here is gone from youtube and I can only find news segments with "reporters" talking. I'm looking for it because of a class I was asked to put together.
