Dadgummit, T, couldn't you have a category for old, retired bastids so we could answer what we did while still working as LEO's?

I don't need a BUG these days so felt it would be inappropriate to answer as though I were still working.

(For the record, my G26, which I often carried solo as primary, became the BUG when I needed to carry two guns. The G19 taking over as primary.)

For those who answer "no" it might be useful to have a followup questions such as "why?" with at least "personal choice" and "not permitted by law" as options. The CHL laws of NM, for instance, specifically say that a licensee may carry one concealed handgun.

Even some agencies won't allow a second gun.

5 people answered "No" at the time of the edit. If the 4 other than Blues want their answers on "why" to be included, feel free to post it here and we can guesstimate being this isn't scientific research.

I didn't want to go further than that, like asking "If you could, would you?" because people almost invariably overestimate their commitment/underestimate the burden in questions like this.

I answered yes, but i do not consider either gun a BUG.

I carry two guns for the ability to access a gun in most situations and circumstances.

One is aiwb and one is weak side front pocket. I do not consider either as bug or primary, but consider both as a gun to access in different situations.

They both go to the survey for me. Probably a permissions issue of who's allowed to review results.
