So goddamn tempted. Would be a lot more “useful” to me than the pandemic pain ak I bought in 202 and still haven’t bothered to fire…

Not sure if this was already posted. Looking at tacom3g website and it appears they are offering a lightweight fixed barrel and trunnion to replace the factory barrel. It eliminates the takedown feature.

what I gathered in re-reading the thread, and asking a few questions up-thread, is that there are guys in ban states looking for a "legal" PCC who don't need or want the takedown (and therefore don't want the potential downsides of same) and so eliminating the takedown might be of interest to them. No point having potential failure points for a feature you don't want/need.

That.
Also, the Ruger is surprisingly heavy. As a house gun for a 5'4", recoil-averse person, the weight off the front might help.
ETA: This is interesting.

Not another dime.
Aside of Dallan's https://olyoak.com/, there's also http://boltandburl.com/ ran by Sterling and Co. A tell-it-all book might be published one day that sheds light on their relationship -- if they become very successful selling these wooden stocks.
