Well, been off the wagon and away from the gym wayyy too much the latter part of the year.
From achieving 179 about three years ago, I know I’ve put on at least 25 lbs and probably more lately here in the holidays.
If anyone wants to join me, I plan to weigh in on January 1, 2018. I will track my weight for a month to see how much I can lose by 1 Feb.
The winner, by percent of original weight lost, will get bragging rights, as well as be on the way to a healthier 2018. Contest is on the Honor System.
Anyone is welcome to join me; just post starting and ending weight in February.
