Two hours long; heard some stuff from JR before so I’m definitely gonna set aside some time for this.
I killed it in one sitting. Slow day at the office the other day. #selfemployed
so far I only had a chance to watch the "edited" version which was excellent. If anybody is the "warrior mindset" personified it is Jared Reston
I've trained with Jared, and in addition to being the "real deal" he's honestly all-around a good dude.
Going through the presentation now. He says that at minimum, service pistols should have metal tritium sights and grip tape or other grip work for traction. For LE - do you think Gen 4/5 stock texture needs improvement? I have Talon on Gen 3 and I think it needs it, yet am hesitant to change anything on a Gen 5 17.

My friend Mickey (aka Carrytrainer) just had him out here - good stuff.
(This was the vid they just did at MCSO)

Saved for later, thanks for sharing.
I shot a carbine match in Jared's squad a few years back. He and his swat buddy Steve really put the whooping on, with Jared winning the match by a healthy margin. They were the definition of the oft overused "slow is smooth, smooth is fast". Much learning occurred for me.
ETA: @Casual Friday love the avatar.
