G19.4 @ 7yds in a Raven Morrigan with 124gr Gold Dots. Concealed with hands at sides. Shot #1 was dead center. Shot #2 was 2.25” below the first shot. Times couldn’t be recorded as there were too many shooters at the indoor range today. :/

I use an old Comp-tac OWB holster (now discontinued). My carry load is 230-grain Federal HST.

VP9 in a Mastermind Radian AIWB holster concealed under a fleece pullover.

    2 hits in 3.5" circle at 8 yards ... 3.57 sec.

Time is relatively slow but the fact I didn't jerk a shot low (a demon I almost have excorcised) is a win.

    Good gut check.

    7 yrds
    1.85 first miss.
    2.66 second hit.
G17 defoor sights. 147 grain HST. At least 2 years old ammo. I really need to get over my hesitancy to use my defense ammo up and buy new stuff.
    Winter coat and 34 degrees.

Haven’t shot in a good long while.

Did anyone else have lint on their front sight??

Overall I was pleased with this. I think I took a little longer to make sure I had a good sight picture. First live fire with a pistol in over 2 months. I did dry fire a couple times a week.
This test was interesting to me because I just set targets and shot. Earlier in the day I was doing some work, getting in and out of the truck. No making sure all my clothes and gear was adjusted properly.
After I shot this I decided to shoot the skills check drill as a follow up, without rearranging clothes and gear. See that for results. I normally get all my shit set just right to shoot tests, clothing and gear but that’s how it ends up during the day. If the SHTF then I gotto go as I am. Can’t say hold on, let me tuck my shirt in and arrange my holster.

As Risto says above: “Good gut check”...
    7 yards this AM
Gen5 17 our of kydex holster concealed under jacket.
Fail in 2.91; 2.15 first shot, 2nd shot just high over center of card *sigh*
I think I looked over front sight after 1st shot, resulting in 2nd high.
Will definitely keep this up- but hit!

    Target: 3x5 card
    Start position: Varies (concealed preferred)
    Rounds fired: 2

We'll do something very simple this week. The first two shots you fire at the range should be to a 3x5 card, timed for score. That's it. Just do it once per day. The important part is that you shoot it cold, no warm up, no dry-fire, no sight pictures. Don't point the gun at the target or anything else to "get ready" for the drill. You score bonus points if you do it with your carry ammo without fiddling with your magazines first, either..

    3x5 card, 7 yards, 2 hits, 2.30 sec.
