Raven Eidolon Disassembly - Threaded Posts

The Eidolon uses threaded posts with smooth heads - no slots. To remove a claw, wedge, or strut, you have to try to hold the post with your finger tip and keep it from turning as you back out the screw. Is there anything that can be pressed against the head of the post with a fingertip to help keep it from spinning? Something "grippy" like rubber or a piece of a thin silicone mat? Thanks.

I've used rubber gloves for such in the past. Maybe a pencil eraser pushed with some pressure might help as well.
There's nothing civil about this war.

Small piece of sandpaper typically works. It really doesn't take much.
    Think for yourself. Question authority.
