Hope all our folks in NYC, especially our LEOs and first responders, are safe.
Fox is indicating "one person in custody" however his current status with respect to consumption of oxygen was not stated.

Edit to add: I am annoyed that I cannot find that rant on the Internet anymore. The "Lutheran from Ballard" line suggests it was done by a Seattle pundit -- and we do have some who disinclined to PC -- but I don't recall ever seeing it attributed to anyone.
