I take my iPhone out of its holster multiple times a day... and have like a 40% rate of a shirt getting caught in it when going back in. So, I agree... no rush to reholster as a civilian.

With uniformed L/E, usually there isn’t a similar clothing conflict that will occur. Can be, so something to watch out for, but if the situation arises that the gun needs to go in fast with something like a jacket on, try to hook it with your pinky/heel of the grip to move it away from the slide/holster. That quarter second might be important, but you aren’t helping the situation by putting a round into your leg/foot.
