Perhaps I've been living under a rock. I was busy this weekend, didn't even hit my radar. Searched the forum, apparently it didn't make a big splash here, either.
Growing up under the tutelage of a classical musician family, rock and roll wasn't that big of a deal to me until my late teens. And AC/DC was a "scary" group I didn't appreciate till I really started digging into guitar. Malcolm was the epitome of an understated, solid rhythm guitarist who, along with the drummer and bassist, keep the song together while the singer and lead guitarist shine up front.
Respect to him.
