    Uncle Joe is done.

His political career is like a bleeding cow in the middle of the Amazon. The piranas will be along shortly and when they're done it will be a bare skeleton sinking to the bottom of the river.
This is unfortunate. He's utterly unelectable, but he would have siphoned a lot of votes away from more viable candidates in the primary.

Who, out of their current slate, would be electable? Meaning palatable to centrists as well as to the crazy socialist side of the party.

Impossible to say. The Democrats couldn't elect Hillary Clinton against one of the weakest candidates in American history, so there's no predicting who they'll vote for this time out. My guess--and that's all it is, a guess--would be someone who at this point has a) substantial name recognition, b) good fund-raising chops, c) some kind of legislative record that resonates on the national level with both wings of the party, and d) doesn't have a #MeToo moment before Election Day.

Right now, that looks like Kamala Harris, John Hickenlooper, or Tulsi Gabbard. Maybe Amy Klobuchar or Beto O'Rourke. The NFW column includes Bernie Sanders for his 2016 antics, Elizabeth Warren for the Native American thing, Jay Inslee because he's a tool, Kirsten Gillibrand because she's Hillary II, and Michael Bloomberg because he's an old white billionaire who looks like a Monopoly character.

Trump was a weak candidate according to the MSM's criteria. He pulled an upset of historic proportions in the upper Midwest, among other things.

Anyway, I'll take your list and shorten it even more: John Hickenlooper, Tulsi Gabbard.

Kamala Harris is unelectable outside of the bluest of blue states. You can take that to the bank. Beto O'Rourke is a flake and the more he talks the less electable he is. Amy who? Oh yeah Mommy Dearest...….LOL nope.

I agree, but I was trying to be generous.

    From BBC News:

Allegations former Vice-President Joe Biden touched women inappropriately should not disqualify him from running for president, top Democrat Nancy Pelosi has said.

But he needs to understand that "people's space is important", the House of Representatives Speaker added.

A second woman has levelled accusations as Mr Biden ponders a run for the White House in 2020.

Mr Biden has said he does not believe he has ever acted inappropriately.

The latest comes from Amy Lappos - a 43-year-old former aide to a Democratic congressman.

She says Mr Biden touched her inappropriately at a fundraiser in a private home in Hartford, Connecticut, in 2009.

She told the Hartford Courant the then vice-president entered the kitchen to thank a group of aides, before wrapping both hands around her face and pulling her in to rub noses.
I'm sure Pelosi would have been as generous towards a conservative.

Maybe you should just say Republican. Conservatives are hard to find.

Presidential candidate John Hickenlooper said he watched 'Deep Throat' with his mom

The former Democratic governor of Colorado explained how he once took his mother to see the adult film "Deep Throat" with him and a friend.

^^^^That must be the very definition of the term "hickenlooper".

Hopefully, he didn't progress from that to mf'er.

That’s... weird. But in all fairness, ‘Deep Throat’ was a phenomenon when it was released. It made several million when it first came out, which was a fair chunk of change in the early ‘70s. A lot people didn’t realize what variety of movie it was.

Still though, watching it with your mom is something you should definitely lie about after the fact.
