    I am hoping for a steel frame. My days of shooting a poly G19 are over, unless it has a WML on it, to damp the recoil.

    Glock 19X?

    Is this the Glock 19X ? A redesigned Glock 19 MHS for sale to the public.

    The MHS guns were not Glock 19s or 23's - they were 19 and 23 slides on fullsize 17/22 grips. Basically a Glock "carry model."

    Commercial versions are supposedly being released as the G44 and G45. Most likely without the manual safety of the MHS model.

    I think they were still referred to as 19's and 23's, though.
