    I'm not a fan of AR-10 sized ARs, I think that unless you really, really need that fast follow up second shot; that a bolt gun will be more accurate, cheaper, and easier to pack/maneuver than an AR-10 sized gun.

    Me neither. I had one and don't regret selling it.

    It's trickier to shoot well because follow-through is critical, that's largely due to the longer/multiple recoil cycle. That's not as big of a deal when shooting prone, if you have a reasonable technique, but it's a noticeable drawback when shooting in unconventional positions. If you care about precision, you're probably using decent brass, and ARs beat up brass.

    Not to mention the very common first round flier due to loading technique/method.
