I've never read the rules. I'm not a registered uspsa shooter either. I like to show up, shoot, clean up, go home. Don't break the 180° rule and everything else will be explained simply.

I work in a local shop pt so know a bunch of the shooters. Good guys.

Before my son was born my wife would go too. Infact, my son was born the day after a comp.

I took this Model 15 to an evening IDPA-ish match. ("Ish" because it wasn't a sanctioned match.)

Truth be told, I had no idea what the matches were like. I went to watch. But I took my stuff with me. The match boss said "you need enough gear to shoot at least thirty rounds." I happily nodded, had that.

I don't remember my scores. I know I shot the second stage clean. Almost felt like humming the theme to Adam-12. I left after the second stage; I was pretty beat today.

I'd never shot such a match. It was fun. I'll do it again.

I found the seller and edited my reply. His username is jaruwan.p A woodworker guy in my old gun club adjusted them a bit for me, as the wood was a little proud on the backstrap. But they were well worth the price and delivery was pretty fast.

I bought a set for my wife’s birth year Colt Cobra and they are not great on the fit. I likely need to find a good wood working person to fit them.

I don't know if there are any prizes, but I won the revolver division as soon as I fired my first shot in the first stage.

Someone else has finally discovered my secret as to why I shot revolver in IDPA for many years. Congrats on having a fun match. I'm jelly of the 15.
