Actually, 'Very Proper Charlies' was the novelette that Dean Ing expanded into 'Soft Targets'. I agree with a reviewer that the shorter form was better.

While the article is tongue-in-cheek, what are opinions on the concept of restricting free speech and preventing the names and photos of the perpetrators from being published? It seems like, legislatively, it's one of the few things that could actually make a difference.
