.45. I really really want a LW Commander format 9mm but this one popped up on my radar locally for an insane price, virtually unfired. Thing is I'm ruined now for standard production models thanks to two Sams guns and now this.

Nine more days till my paperwork clears. Buying this gun back from a buddy is the main reason I’m storing the Garthwaite for my son now. I’ll happily beat on this for many years to come.

I have a matching rig for the G19. Back in the '90's I walked into a LGS and in a used holster bin I picked those two out and got them for $50 each. Craaazeeee.

Sold this to a buddy many years ago. It has found it's way back to me. I need another steel 5" in ACP like I need another wife, but I couldn't pass buying this back. It's pretty beat up (I took the pic of the good side), and the barrel will likely need replacing soon, but I'm not complaining. YoBo 1* Elite

I did ok at the range today. I almost cleaned it, but got too excited and threw 3 shots.

Mainly, the excitement was that I had just learned that my grips arrived. The girl's got a new pair of shoes and don't she look darling?

This guy is going onto the chopping block. Likely, the nicest pistol I’ve owned. I never thought I’d let it go, but I’m gonna fund and adventuring truck for us.
