Here's my 9mm Commander with RMR. I installed a Novak Rail. I sent the slide to ZR Tactical Solutions for milling. They also supplied the Trijicon RMR mount and installed the front sight and mount. They did a great job on the milling. Kudos to The Janitor for the inspiration with his CCO.

I have a grip panel called the "Practitioner" that has the thumb area relieved. I can source Black, Gray, OD Green and a Coyote. Colorways and size of relief mirror those of Magpul grip panels.
