That's a Factory SAI gun - the RMR 09 is included.
It’s basically a Long Beach Operator with a factory installed RMR. The red dot mount / rear sight is a Trijicon mount. I believe Wilson combat and Nighthawk can cut 1911s for this set up.

Yep it is a factory cut, but vulcan machine works will do a cut and install with the same adapter. https://www.vulcanmachinewerks.com/optic-cuts
