Ruger's ARX ammo?

I have been carrying a little .380 as a PD gun and have always considered the .380 marginal at best.

Now about 18 months ago I bought some ARX ammunition manufactured by Polycase. I did a milk jug test with it and found the difference between the ARX stuff and Hornady's Custom 90 gr. HP to be impressive in favor of the ARX ammo. Much more destruction to a gallon jug of water.....not very scientific, I agree.

There are other brands of ammo that use the same principle as the ARX ammo too. Anyone else here tried this stuff?

Haven't tried it myself, but this is similar to the ARX stuff but a monometal construction.
