The boy-king, Kipper. Standard Wire-Haired Dachshund. Now a few months past 2 years.
typical sleepy time
and romancing a lady mastiff.
Also here is an 18 year old tomcat who increasingly sounds like a feline analogue to Jackie Mason. He rather dislikes the upstart hound.

We had a three-week old kitten show up on our doorstep Monday. My wife took it to the vet to get checked out and my middle son named it, so I think the cat's here to stay.
Jake (the shepherd) has been fine with the cat so far. She's too little to run away, so he can't chase her. That helps. They've been playing and cuddling together. It's pretty funny to watch.

This is our 14 week old Weimaraner, "Grace." She's a great sentry dog, plays nice with my Son, and she seems to never run out of energy!

On one hand, that's a lot of potbelly pig. On the other hand, that combined with a dog will keep out the usual class of burglars. Does it fetch the paper in the morning?

Not my critters, just a pic I snapped while walking my dog.
