I did a little catch work with one - LOVED it. It was like being attacked by a low-flying cannon ball.
Had a big'un named 'Zeke' catch me by surprise from behind when I was out one day. I was between my property and where its owners were vacationing, so it probably wasn't feeling very territorial.
A cheerful "hiya sweetie!" was all it took.

Are you now, or have you ever been a member of the Doodie Project?

Our cat is kinda strange.
She’s staring at the laser pointer. Just waiting for me to come get it so she can play. So I did. After we got done, I went upstairs. She sat in the dark for about 15 minutes staring at the laser pointer I’m sure.

She was pretty happy that we finally got two days in a row with no rain.

Story time!
Starting late last year, before the snow storms hit, we had this fella start coming around...
Meet Mr. Pickles.
Early this year this one started coming around as well...
Meet Catwoman.
Now, Mr. Pickles is all boy; the dude's got a set of rollers that would make a Marine proud.
Catwoman, well we thought she was a he for a while, but a roll over on the deck revealed the truth of it.
Lately, we've been thinking, Catwoman was pregnant, but couldn't determine it definitively.
Tonight, we got our answer:
The kittens made their way onto the deck under their own power, and Catwoman made no objections when we picked them up and took them inside. It really felt like she was handing them off to us to take care of.
Looks like we'll have a pair of kittens up for adoption soon enough.
We've already adopted 2 other strays over the years; we're pretty sure there's a massive blinking neon sign over our house that says CRAZY CAT PEOPLE LIVE HERE!
