Week 237: Bills at 25
Results may be posted until November 6th, 2018.
Designed by: Gabe White
Range: 25 yards
Target: USPSA Metric or IDPA
Start Position: Facing downrange, hands hanging naturally
Rounds Fired: 36
For this drill of the week, we'll shoot the classic Bill Drill, but at 25 yards. This distance is very demanding, especially of trigger manipulation.
Start facing downrange with handgun loaded with at least six rounds and holstered, hands hanging naturally. Upon start signal, draw and engage the target with six rounds. Repeat until you have fired six Bill Drills (36 total rounds.) Record your time and hits for each Bill Drill. If you cannot draw from the holster, start in ready position of your choice and note it in your results.
Figure out your adjusted score for each Bill Drill. Your score is your time, plus: .5 seconds for each B/C/-1 zone hit, 1.5 seconds per D/-3 zone hit, and 5 seconds per miss. Add up your adjusted scores for all six Bill Drills to determine your Total Score.
Please report the following when you post your results in this thread:
Equipment used: gun, holster, concealment (if any), USPSA Metric or IDPA target
Time, hits, and adjusted score for each Bill Drill
