Thread: Idea's for filling the Gen 5 glock front strap cutout?

    One idea I heard was to buy a G17gen5 and do a grip chop to G19 size. That is if you don't mind a 17 slide with a 19 grip.

    Or grip chop the 19X. Then you get it all, I personally prefer the grip shape of the 17 so if that strikes your fancy you get 19 slide length, 19 grip length with no cutout and 17 back-strap shape. Win-Win-Win in my book, of course there is the cost though and if your a purist and prefer black guns there is that I suppose.
