Mine only came with two 15 round mags but it did come with two mag sleeves for 17 round mags which I obtained from S&W during a promo last fall. I don’t think they screwed him on mags but I could be wrong.

Only the LE guns come with 3 mags from the factory...

    I stand corrected then.

I still think he got ripped on the price (and trade in), but at least they didn't screw him on magazines.

FWIW, pairing a Heinie rear with a Trijicon HD XR front for the shield (.185T) gives POA/POI with 115 gr. WWB & AE at 25 yards on my 2.0c.

    Slight Lane Veer but ....

Has anyone heard something solid about a gen. 2 CORE happening this year?

Maybe a 10rd mag for the compact some day :/

Or the 2.0 M&P 45 mid or compact?

Which to get: 3.6" or 4"?

    The answer is always both

    ^^^I agree

I went with the 3.6” because I preferred a G26 for AIWB over a 19 due to OAL. Grip was never an issue with the 19, but slide length was when sitting. The 3.6” gave me that same footprint of the 26 with a 19 sized grip. Think G26X.

However, finding a holster specific to the 3.6” 2.0 was more of a challenge. The 4” models would obviously fit but that would have defeated the purpose I was looking for. IIRC, there were only three companies that made a holster for it: Galco, DeSantis, and Priority 1. I ordered the Priority 1 as it was a NC based company and have been pleased thus far.

The 3.6” has a rail but don’t expect a X300 or TLR-1 to fit. I have read that the TLR-7 fits, so consider your WML options/preferences also as I believe the 4” will accept most all WML’s.

I have 480 rounds through mine with no issues to report. That’s after only adding some lube the day I picked up from my FFL.
