I will regularly tote a full size HK45.

I tried carrying several different full size guns, and just couldn't pull it off at a comfort level I liked. I carried a USP Compact for a few years though.

Over the years I carried:1911, GL21, GL17. Now HK P30 LEM 9mm. I may switch to USP 45 full size. AIWB works for me 6' 192lb. 3:00 will work like it did with 1911 and GL21 but requires more care in dress and movement.

Yes, USP FS 45, 40 and 9 in a JM George. The JM is opened at the bottom for a threaded barrel, giving me that option when I want it. Carrying a FS USP 40 as I type this.

I do occasionally, a USP .40 in a Silent thunder IWB, I also carry the USPc .40 (not at the same time) and it's funny the full size USP carries better for me and it is a bigger and wider gun.

USP 45 full size in a JM Custom IWB #3, 25 degree cant, but only with an untucked shirt or jacket, recreational woods and hills trips only, I am big enough to hide it and buy my jeans loose enough to tolerate it

Didn't John Wick carry a full size HK 45 with a comp? I would imagine that's close enough in size to a full size USP it should make much of a difference.

I think he had a P30. However, "Vincent" carried a USP 45 in "Collateral"
