Last year I assembled a rifle based off of a Colt 6920. I ended up using a 13" CMR M-Lok and a factory Colt 14.5" SOCOM barrel. Due to the extremely thick profile of the barrel walls, the factory machined QD swivels at rear end of the rail were un-useable. I ended up having to buy an M-Lok QD mount (Magpul brand I think) to properly mount a sling.

I really like the Centurion rail and the SOCOM barrel is titties. I hope to build a backup clone rifle this year and the trooper looks like a great option Vs. an OEM version.

I am looking around my place wondering what unused gun I should sell to buy one of these, so I am not majorly regretting this 10 years from now.

Bump. Any PF'ers buy one of these? They're still in the high $600s to low $700 range. Thinking of snagging one or two...I feel there's gonna be another run on ARs and accessories soon. Would kick myself in a few months if I miss out on this screaming deal.
    Shoot more, post less...

I’m in the same boat as you. I’m leaning towards buying one, I just haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
