So I had an Apex AEK for my G45, but ended up not liking how wide the trigger shoe (side to side) was and parted with it.

What other companies might I take a look at with a thinner shoe? Is an Overwatch Precision trigger any better?

I have Apex, Overwatch TAC and Falx, and Tango Down Vickers triggers, all are 3/8" wide, as is the OEM Glock trigger -- how the face is shaped then is what makes the difference. The TAC has only a slight radius on the edges so it feels widest, the Apex softens the edges a bit more, and the Falx will definitely feel narrowest -- its edges are most rounded, so the center contact patch is less. Personally I liked the Apex and have standardized on them, just haven't gotten around to selling the rest. If you're interested in trying any of the others shoot me a PM.

No, the frame rails on the 17 are too far forward.

First 20 rounds of Norma 115 grain
Flyers were 100% me jerking the trigger

I know Bush League compared to most everyone here, but I was impressed I shot it so much better than my G45.

Yes. I’m not a native or exclusive Glock shooter and those allow me to keep a decent enough index with everything I shoot.
