RFI: Custom Caps, fitted or otherwise best quality.

Seeking info on a shop that does really good one off caps. Custom logos/designs, good materials, etc.

Dont mind buying a minimum quantity, just want to make sure the quality and fit are the way I want.

Anyone know of and/or have experience with a shop/business that does this?

    Thanks.

Looks like a one off is in the $60+ area. Not bad for a good quality custom cap

Are you saying New Era isn't doing them? Confused by your post wording.

Custom Ink does hats. I think they are pricey, though. They are easy to deal with though.

Looked at them, they charge a "setup fee" for custom logos, so one cap will be in the $50 range for a mid-low range cap.

Just thinking out load, could you not purchase the Caps and take them to a place that can upload and stitch what you wish? A lot of Uniform Stores have this embroidery equipment. With todays technology 26,000 stitches takes about 15, minutes an item. May take additional leg work but you get what you want then.

Ditto what Steve said. This way you would have more control. Maybe these outfits could furnish caps.
