    Galco Hornet holster for J-frame?

Has anyone seen one in person or, better yet, used one?

It looks like a rather useful design. I think it'll be great during hunting season when I already have a bunch of stuff on my belt or want to avoid a pistol banging the sides of my treestand.

I've been eyeballing one for a while for my hammerless/DAO SP101, but have not taken the plunge yet.

Didn't even realize someone had responded...

So we are in the same boat. Maybe someone else will come by with a review or comments.

Let me see if I can dig mine out. I have one. I just haven't used it much. I bought it and another Galco together as a combo when trying some J frame lifestyle stuff for an article and then it went into the massive holster box and the gun it goes with is back in the revolver vault. I can say this without sounding snobby.....if I bought one at retail from a store versus my normal custom made leather....it is a solid holster as I am pretty picky on leather.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.

    Don't you?

You must not take revolvers seriously.
