Have you considered Alabama Holster? Using one for my G43. Love it but have only had it for a few weeks.

Best pocket holster I have seen is the Aholster. It adds minimal bulk to the total package that must be concealed, minimizes printing surprisingly well due to its ability to hold the gun quite vertical, and separates from the gun quite reliably.

The only caveat is to use sandpaper or a nail file to round off the point on the hook by the rear sight, and then wrap some Moleskin (look in the pharmacy in the foot care section) around that hook. Cut a piece that is a little wider than the hook is long, so that the rolled up Moleskin extends past the end of the hook.

My second favorite is a DeSantis Superfly. The anti-print panel really helps the bulge to look less gun-like.

I really like my aholster for my 43. I agree I ground off the point at the front. When I got it if I moved wrong it would stab my leg.

Been using one for several years from Ryan Grizzle, at
    rgrizzleleather.com, with complete satisfaction.
Great gear and a great guy.

Used a Kramer pocket holster (horsehide with a kydex shield patch) for 10+ (longer) years to carry a j frame back-up gun. Have used Mika pocket holsters for a j frame and for a Shield, about three years each now.

The OP didn't mention which type of gun he was interested in pocketing, but...

I can give another high endorsement of the AHolster Pocket Backbone, in this case for the (J-frame) S&W 340PD.

Bob Mika's work is excellent too, if you want a "soft" holster instead of Kydex, and very inexpensive.

Concur on both...though I have the standard pocket holster from Aholster for my S&W 642.
