    Um... hello? The Matrix?

I don't care if it's unrealistic. Can anyone honestly say you watched that very first fight scene without absolutely being amazed?

"No, Lieutenant. Your men are already dead."

It may seem commonplace or even a little stale now, but I remember seeing the original in the movie theater before the plot was widely known. You knew there was something weird going on, but...

Or how about "Guns. Lots of guns."

.50 caliber crew served scene in 2008's Rambo.

I can honestly say I am not a big fan of cartoon gunplay anymore. I am much more impressed by the more realistic movies mentioned. There is nothing terribly interesting in Rambo hanging off a .50 hosing down people.

Equilibrium is the Matrix with better gunplay.

I liked Equilibrium better as well.

IMO Way of the Gun was so bad that I was too distracted to notice cool gunplay.

There are plenty of youtube videos that focus solely on the gunplay. It's worth it.

This is going to sound really stupid, but there are some classic Steven Segal movies from back in the day where he kinda sorta actually demonstrates something sort of resembling training. I think I remember seeing him do a good press check with a 1911 and I think he showed a pretty solid Weaver type thing in a few.

And then he beat the shit out of 5 guys with a busted pool cue. Oh well.

I still have a very special place in my heart for the "If you gotta shoot, shoot! Don't talk." scene from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".

I saw this video a while back on youtube, from his short-lived reality show that I never bothered to watch. He's no ToddG, but he can shoot a little bit. Its sad that he schooled those cops.

Also, be forewarned - that video is basically 1911 porn.

    I'm looking forward to it.
Thats exciting, he brought TV my guiltiest pleasure, Friday Night Lights, and introduced Minka Kelly to the world. Sigh.
