    The nickel is a pre-model 10 M&P that's had the barrel cut to 3" and the hammer semi-bobbed. The black one is a Model 12.

    Those look amazing. Good work. You should post individual pics of those. I have a Model 12 with the skinny frame...regular grips don’t fit correctly.
