Thread: Shield mag pouch

    Shield mag pouch

I was gifted a Shield 9mm and have a Dark Star holster coming soon. Wondering what my best mag pouch option is. JM is Quick ship for $30-40. CCC looks great at $25 but it's a 9-12 week wait. I'm impatient but want a good option in the end.

Iwb/aiwb. I am on a budget. Broke as hell. So $40 max.

Kytex Shooting Gear is what I use.

I use JM but I've really fallen in love with the Bawidamann Uber mag carrier for my Shield.

I have a CCC for a pps that I really like it would be my first choice it has a real low profile. The JM mag carrier just seems bulkier and I havent used a kytex mag carrier for the small single stack 9's but I use them for my glocks. If you are in a hurry I would go kytex to hold me over until I got a CCC carrier then decide.

    No. The Uber is horizontal.

That's what I use for small (.380/9mm size) single-stack magazines.

I've used the kytex, which works well, but I have broken one Glock mag pouch and one 6P light pouch settling into patio chairs with arms on separate occasions.
