Adding a stock to a shockwave question

If I were to want to add a stock to a shockwave, would that be an SBS or an AOW?

    What determines the answer?

    Thanks.

I am not a lawyer, I did not stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night, and this is worth as much as you paid for it.

Adding a stock would make the shockwave a shoulder fired shotgun with a barrel under 18" in length and it would be an SBS. IMO what determines the answer is that a stock would make it shoulder fired.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're probably right.
