A derogatory term used by members of the trans community to refer to all the disgusting people in this world who don't hate their genitalia.

I'm puzzled as to why they threw in East Indians/South Asians, Amer Indians, and Hawaiians in the mix.

Since this seems to be for women (oh, well) - cisgender is heterosexual.
Not surprising if you know the Humanities.
Big - ender - well, we could lose some weight or did I read that incorrectly?
The other cultures and nations - I vaguely recall they have some unique definitions, so I suppose it for people from there or those groups.
