@SpyderMan2k4 Great information, thank you. Well, I definitely won't be doing any proficiency training with a pump in my traveling 5th wheel. So between that and some salient points by George, I guess it sounds like I'd be better off with a semi. Screw it, standard stocked M4 it is.

Light, sling, and velcro side card is all I care about. But yeah, I'd rather not be worried about the weight I hang on it, hence the M4 over M2. That, and I won't ever be carrying it around mountains like you and the Mrs. GJM do.

Ever thought about getting a velcro vest and some shotgun cards for Astro?

ETA: One on each side, that would be cool. The chemlight is a nice touch on this one too.

Well, I picked up a used 870 tactical magpul edition yesterday. The action is a lot better than the previous 870 I had earlier in the year I am happy to say. Not sure what year this one was built but it feels solid, and I love the magpul stock wow!!!
