The pump action Winchesters are terrific little 22 rifles, among my favorite rimfire shooters. Those that are take down models, such as your 61, are very handy. They are lightweight & can easily be thrown in a pack. They are also quite accurate rifles.

I have one. It's my favorite .22 LR rifle.
I have one - a friend of my dad gave it to him for me when I was born (a long time ago!). Lots of great memories learning to shoot with it on my dad's family farm in Virginia. I will never sell it and with give it to my son in the will.
