Thread: AIWB Long Slide (G34) Group Review and Comparison

    ^^^ What ssb said.

The Keeper was a front runner in the ability to make minor tweaks and adjustments for preferred position. I think originally that likely justified a lot of the price, but with the rise in features of the other manufacturers the keeper may be falling behind.

I don't think the sight coverage thing is necessarily a fair docking in general as the item is a full custom so the customer ordering would specify the sights or size of the guard. Though it is an important thing to note for secondary market purchases for sure.

Fair point on the shield. I agree that maybe a few years ago it was "more" justified but the price and methods have not changed and thats an issue to me. The price is a lot to over come with this.

Interested in this thread as I sometimes aiwb a G35.

    What's your build?
Do you carry a spare magazine in front?
What's your baseline mode of carry?
Do you carry your gun all day, or just when you leave the house?
Do you spend a lot of time seated?
What do you prioritize more between concealment and comfort?

    Great posts thus far.
If you're not going to learn to use the front sight properly, don't bother with it. If pointing the gun, screaming "Ahhhhh!" and cranking on the trigger is all you can learn to do, work on doing that safely. -ToddG

I carry a relatively stock 34 gen 4 with warren tactical blacked out rears and tritium front. I carry put a gun on as soon as I wake up. Most of my time is spent seated in a car or at a desk. Because of my body time and choice of clothing I can balance concealment with comfort pretty evenly.

I do not carry aiwb. But I am following regardless. Eventually I plan on it. So far this is a really nice format and way of reviewing products. Keep up the good work.
