Bone Frog Gun Club has some excellent prices on HST right now.
The first indication a bad guy should have that I'm dangerous is when his
disembodied soul is looking down at his own corpse wondering what happened.

another vote for 147 grain hst. I also find really good prices on 147 lawman that matches the hst as training ammo..

With shipping included the difference between them and massammo.com is less than $2 and massammo has the ammo in stock, fwiw.

When I decided to make the switch from .45ACP to 9mm I did a lot of reading in this forum section. Since then the 147gr HST has been my carry ammo. It seems very consistent and my Colts run reliably with it.

For practice I use the Federal 147 flat point FMJ rounds and they shoot pretty much identically to the HST. They are both rated by Federal at around 1000 fps. I also like these two rounds because they are subsonic.

Glad to hear that, Hub. Then again, not too much of a surprise coming from my "big brother".

Your link doesn't work. They've been out of stock for at least a few weeks (that I'm aware of) and massammo.com has it in stock as discussed above for less than a $2 difference shipped.
