    I won't be a player. Wish they'd have re designed the internals and got rid of that hinged trigger. I feel like this is nothing new, all they did is add enough tiny features to now somewhat look like everybody else when comparing build sheets.

    I'm curious about the life cycle of the dual recoil spring. Wasn't that (one) of the issues with the G4 Glocks?

    The original 9mm G4s were oversprung, but they got that issue sorted out fairly early on. Life cycle is 7,500 rounds for a 9mm Gen 4 spring IIRC.

    Wonder if FN still wants you to send in the 509 every 2,000 rounds for an "Armorer's Inspection"...
