I saw this and am curious. Does anyone have more information or used one?

It's basically a factory race ready M2 without a comfortech stock. The loading port work is by far the best I've ever seen on a factory gun. It's easy to quad load without any additional work.

If you have a Salvo, the 18.5 is also one of the few (maybe only) factory threaded semi-auto options under 21". The rib is also the perfect height for the Salvo. With the can on, the fiber optic bead looks like it sits just on top if the Salvo. (It's like it was made that way . . .)

I have a Breda 12 ga auto made in Italy in 1967. It's a beautiful, well-made shotgun. Obviously, it's not the same as what you're looking at, but I would recommend the brand.

Looks like the 18.5 inch version is coming out

Looks like my dream 1301 competition in an 18.5 inch barrel with a vent rib. I could see my self mounting a Aimpoint S1 on it with Mag extension as a do all competition and defense gun.

That's a good looking shotgun. Wonder what the street price will be.

Me too. Also, curious since you can buy the other barrel lengths, what they will cost.

According to these folks they have them in-stock for MSRP + Shipping - https://ironcityrifleworks.com/produ...nt=23051252421

At least the Competition 24" version.

I'm more interested in the 18.5" version with a vent rib.

I wonder if these will take Benelli M2 extensions?

I was just about to pull the trigger on a 21" 1301 Competition. But an 18.5", vent rid, threaded gun has my attention...Because long-term (next 5-years), I will be acquiring a Salvo-12.
