I bought 3 of these 10 rounders from GunMagWarehouse back in October as insurance in case Hillary won and they became difficult to obtain and to have on hand as spares for trips to NY etc.

They are still in the original packaging as received and I'd be very interested in hearing from anyone with knowledge whether they are anything other than the genuine article. The MFR number and UPC match what's listed on Palmetto State Armory's site (by way of one example) for the OEM Glock magazine.

So how do you spot the fakes ?
Some additional info from a posting on guns.com:

The image released by CBP appears to show SGM Tactical branded magazines for Glock pistols. The company, known for their budget magazine offerings and aftermarket parts, is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Guns.com reached out to SGM for comment on the magazines and will update this piece if one is received.

Truth. Midway ships Glock mags in bags every time I've ordered from them.

As does GT Distributors. I buy a lot of Glock mags from them when they have a sale, and they are legit folks.

I sounds to me that it may be a case of bad package design.

The pictures on SGM’s website are clearly marked as SGM magazines and not Glock’s. It would be interesting to see one of the mags in question out of the package.

If they are using SGM’s MSRP for the $2 million value, it come to a little over 105,000 magazines.

Maybe it was their usage of the GLOCK typeface /caps lettering on the package? Looking at their website I don't see any glock logos on the mag.

I'm not an expert on trademark and copyright matters...we had a group that dealt with that and I (thankfully) was never assigned to it...but I'd also suspect that it's the use of the Glock name on the packaging that is the sticking point.
